Thank you for your feedback. We are really pleased that you have had flexibility in your role as well as the ability to transfer between departments and improve your overall knowledge! Sometimes the hours can be long but we do try to make sure there is a good balance and would certainly appreciate any suggestions for how to manage that better. As much as we wish all guests were perfect, unfortunately that is a little unrealistic. Hopefully the fact they our teams are lovely make up for those occasional difficult guests! Thank you for your feedback. We might be a little bias, but we tend to agree that it is a nice place to work with a good team and the brilliant perk of a tasty hot lunch every day! We are disappointed to hear that you don't feel the job is well paid enough. We do annual salary surveys with all of our competitors in the hospitality industry and are proud to always come out near the top. We also make sure our benefits are unique and appealing to those working in the hotel trade.
