Cons

Internal development is slow but that is the nature of the industry. Overall, generaly very good.

In terms of internal development, while we are proud of what we have done for our teams, there is always more we can do and areas we could improve. Often when you have a strong, stable leadership team it takes a little longer for those more senior roles to become available, which unfortunately can mean delays in internal movement for amazing people within our teams. Caring staff, the opportunity to progress in the company, great training, fun environment, regular customers are lovely.

Cons

Shifts aren't super flexible at all.

We have to admit, it feels so nice to receive a 5 star review, particularly when it is accompanied by such lovely comments too :) After working with us for over year, it is great that you have left the company a big fan of the people, the training, the progression, the lovely guests and the work environment. All are things we pride ourselves on! I am sorry the shifts couldn't be more flexible for you, it can be hard to juggle the rota, with a 365 day operation, but pleased it hasn't impacted your view on the company.
