There are no pros unless you like to work long hours with little appreciation!

Cons

company as a whole does not focus on middle management or address any concerns. more interested in looking after hourly employees which may explain the high turner in management. extreme pressure with very little work-life balance.

As an employer of choice, this is painful to hear and will always do what we can to ensure our team leave with a positive memory of their time with us. Middle management is key to our success and we are aware that this hasn't always been our main focus. This is changing and we are implementing new methods of recognition as well as launching new training programmes in 2019. Within any business, there is always room for improvement, particularly with communication as it can be tough to find that balance between too much communication and too little. We would welcome any feedback or specific suggestions for improvement. Thank you for your feedback. We might be a little bias, but we tend to agree that it is a nice place to work! As much as we wish all guests were perfect, unfortunately that's a little unrealistic. Hopefully the fact that our teams are lovely make up for those occasional guests. The Doyle Collection
