Cons

Very high turnover rate with staff and management. If you do decide to work here, remember to document everything that is said to you to cover yourself. Minorities are singled out and scrutinized. Very buddy buddy system for new employees. I can say so much about this company but beware and take at your own risk.

Good environment with kind and respectful people. Opened kitchen during the whole day. Multicultural team.

There are not very clear opportunities to build a career.

We are doing our best to improve career offerings for our team. We do tend to have long serving management team, which unfortunately means that sometimes you might need to stay a little longer in your current role before progressing. Because of this, we have increased our Learning and Development offerings, so there is more opportunities for professional and personal growth while in your current role. The Doyle Collection
