Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to ensure a good work life balance with reasonable hours, days off, wellbeing initiatives and a good working environment. Sometimes the job is hard work and we have a huge amount of respect for the work that our team of Kitchen porters do. Sometimes the work can seem too much, but I hope that you have experienced working within a good team who help each other out! If your goal is to work in the hospitality industry. The doyle collection is a great place to start at. - Meals on duty - Easy way up to room service, reservation and even front desk - Good team and company overall

Cons

Wilde, Westbury Hotel - Poor management. - Hard to book vacations and get approval at the beginning. - not a 5 star restaurant. - poor tips considering the price of the room.

We agree, we rate the meals on duty (and the breakfast!), we believe we offer great opportunities to progress and the team are lovely.
