Our hotels are beautiful and as an independent hotel company, you certainly get the advantage of being able to see different roles and functions . We are pleased that you have benefited from this!
We think there is always room for improvement, particularly with organisation and would welcome any feedback or specific suggestions for improvement. I am sorry to hear you feel we haven't welcomed new ideas very well, but please try us again, we are striving to improve in this area.
Thank you also for your advice. You may be interested to know we are now delivering a new training session which incorporates 'unconscious bias', as it is certainly something that affects a lot of people, typically without them realising it.
