Great benefits HR team work hard to convey the brand values but do tend to fall short sometimes The people are generally very nice

Cons

management have high expectations but often the lack of equipment and outdated systems make it hard to perform. This is especially true working on the front desk. Systems constantly crashing or super slow computers make it hard to work

You are completely right, sometimes the hours can be long, but we do try to make sure there is a good balance and would certainly appreciate any suggestions for how to manage that better. Worked here 4-5 days a week while studying 3 days Good team environment Good support for student chefs gave me fair amount of responsibility Good clean kitchen with strong work ethic

Cons

Had some difficulties with direct supervisior Overblown box ticking for HACCP normally wouldn't mind but felt that relabelling everything in the walk ins and freezers every 2-3 days so nothing was dated more than 3 days was dangerous,
