Within any business, there is always room for improvement, particularly with communication as it can be tough to find that balance between too much communication and too little. Thank you for your feedback. We might be a little bias, but we tend to agree that it is a nice place to work! As much as we wish all guests were perfect, unfortunately that's a little unrealistic. Hopefully the fact that our teams are lovely make up for those occasional guests. The Doyle Collection

Good environment with kind and respectful people. Opened kitchen during the whole day. Multicultural team.

There are not very clear opportunities to build a career.

Thank you for your feedback! We pride ourselves on offering a positive working environment with a multicultural team, so it is great to hear this is felt within the hotel. We are doing our best to improve career offerings for our team. We do tend to have long serving management team, which unfortunately means that sometimes you might need to stay a little longer in your current role before progressing. Because of this, we have increased our Learning and Development offerings, so there is more opportunities for professional and personal growth while in your current role. The Doyle Collection
