Thank you for your feedback. Lovely to hear that you feel we are a friendly place to work. We try hard to make sure of this, as it is so important when you spend 40 hours a week somewhere that it's a good place to be. We do tend to have long serving management team, which unfortunately means that sometimes you might need to stay a little longer in your current role before progressing. Because of this, we have increased our Learning and Development offerings, so there is more opportunities for professional and personal growth while in your current role.
