Thank you for your feedback. The spirit of Irish hospitality is a key part of who we are as a hotel company! Pleased to hear our management team instil that in our team. We do our best to be as flexible as we can with our team and there are certainly benefits when it comes to working with a smaller company. There are definitely areas we can improve and over the past 2 years an important transformation has been in the area of standards and procedures. While the change won't happen overnight, improvements are being made! We agree, sometimes there just aren't hours in the day to do everything. But we try! Thank you for your feedback! We love hearing from our team and appreciate you taking the time to write a review. It is positive to hear that the people are great and the work ethos is good (we tend to agree!). You are completely right, sometimes the hours can be long, but we do try to make sure there is a good balance and would certainly appreciate any suggestions for how to manage that better. We have recently launched our new Careers Page online which advertises all roles and includes podcasts with the team who have transferred within the company. We also now advertise all opportunities internally first on a weekly poster with 'Jobs of the Week' which are roles perfect for internal development.
