You are completely right, sometimes the hours can be long, but we do try to make sure there is a good balance and would certainly appreciate any suggestions for how to manage that better. Team development, cross training & a great family environment. Everyone works together and helps each other out, not because they have-to but because they want to.

Cons

Long-hours, but that is the part and parcel of working the hospitality industry.
