Pros

Free peanut butter, jam, t-shirts at all-hands, ping-pong table, a treadmill. Summer cookout. Holiday party, fun games. Exposure to lot of technologies in the same company. It will be beneficial (and maybe confusing at first) for someone who's just starting out in their career.

Cons

They've below-par products which the CEO & executives claim are very revolutionary. Do not expect professionalism or company vision from the Executives here. Office politics will curb your creativity and work ethic. Favoritism & micromanagement by managers are a norm here. Being accountable for your work is one thing but the managers like to point fingers at their team members they don't like, openly treat them like crap if they're falling back or if they messed up. If you're just starting out in your career (especially if you're on student or work visa), chances are that they'll take full advantage of your situation - they'll make you work long hours for peanuts. At one point, they paid $10 Amazon gift card or a free t-shirt, if any of their employees wrote a glowing review of DrFirst in Glassdoor. Take all these into account and you've a very unhealthy work environment. Very often employees say that they did not get so much irritated and angry so easily before joining this company.
