Pros

Very welcoming and inviting to new hires. Everyone has been willing to help and the training has been amazing.

Cons

Lots of information and products to learn, and sometimes it might seem like a lot. Dealing with providers sometimes makes it difficult as the way people explain issues might not always be the same, which might make you confused on what to do. The same request can often be asked 5 different ways.
