      Since June 2012 all of our employees now have annual reviews as well as quarterly scorecards to help them with understanding their performance and in goal setting for future career growth. We are also working on better ways to communicate inter-departmentally and work cohesively towards our goals. We believe our pay scale and bonus program is fair and in-line with the industry average, and we also have implemented excellent perks since 2012.
