Pros

- Appears to be an innovator in the industry - Lots of work to do - Willing to try new things

Cons

- Not organized at all, despite lots of rhetoric about improvement - Staff is unempowered, all decision making is centralized and opaque. - No dfeedback given, no mentorship available - good staff is not valued here - only cowboys - very dissatisfied customer based is subjected to avoidable outages due to carelessness and rushed nature of all development - Too many changes in strategy, constant shifting of priorities - The org loves a scapegoat, and it is usually the developers - CEO has favorites and is blind to actual contribution made by his own staff - NO CAREER TRACK, advancement and compensation is up to the CEO and done from his opinion - no documentation or expectations are set otherwise so there is nothing to follow. - They claim to value work/life balance but in reality atheir "cowboy" mentality results in impossible work/life issues. You will always lose.

Pros

It's a small company. And somewhat stable.

Cons

They pass up on all of the Top talent. If they hear ou make even 100k a year, you will be given the run around and they will not want you on the team. They don't even know anything about the medical industry.

We have grown exponentially in a failing economy because our products meet their critical needs. Our e-prescribing product is used by over 270 EHR vendors and was recently named the #1 e-prescribing product in the nation by Blackbook. We are continuously learning about the medical industry and unveiling new problems that need solutions. We also believe in having the right fit for our company culture, top talent is valued and groomed when they produce and have a good attitude towards overall team and corporate success.
