Pros

Pay is fine, fully remote option, standard benefits.

Cons

Leadership. Your manager will say "40" hours a week but will expect you to do 60 hrs of workload. They also don't use the Agile system the way it's supposed to be used. They literally have a dashboard that tracks your jira points and shame you for not doing enough compared to the top performer.

Clinical QA Team is Great

Pros

* Very connectable Team * Onboarding is pretty smooth * Ability to use both Clinical (pharmacist) and technical (masters in applied clinical informatics) expertise to improve on a product that is there to facility patient care is amazing

Cons

* New currently haven't had any issues (Timeframe: month and a half) will update at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years.

I’ve enjoyed working for DrFirst thus far. Onboarding was smooth, and my team is supportive and interactive. They’re making improvements to their solutions and I’m excited to be apart of that.

Cons

Fast moving, a lot of information at once.
