Cons

Where do I start... Company does not like to promote from within. Management rather hire new people and pay them double what you're getting paid, They put sales before the well being of their staff, They encourage favoritism and nepotism. Company could be better if they surveyed their employees, but instead the turnover rate increases and their product/ culture quality continues to decrease. Not worth it.

It's a job. Some people got paid up to $16 per hour, while others were paid $12 an hour - all at the whim of the hiring manager...

Cons

You will be lied to and told that if you do well within this role, there is room for growth. There isn't. They simply want a button pusher who will sit there and follow directions that continue to change from week to week.

None i could find..except the good words they say(onlysay) to convince you but donot follow

Cons

People are rude, managers treat the employees bad and higher level people donot have a clue as to what is happening, too much favoritism and bias attitude.
