Pros

Department has had many changes - mostly good. Expectations are high but that is to encourage the team to be better every day. And considering the product is healthcare software, the expectations should be high! My experience has been primarily positive and I look forward to the future.

Cons

Clear communication can be a struggle at times but persistence pays off. Some staff have an entitlement mentality and don't take accountability for their own growth. Some like to complain it could be better but don't work hard to do it. But some new staff helps to balance that out and are ready to do great things.

Pros

The people are very nice. Their flagship product is excellent but it could use a fresh UI.

Cons

The company is spread too thin. They should focus on what they do best. The pay is LOW, as well. Old mindset. "If you aren't in the office, you aren't working." Did I mention very low pay?
