Overall a good experience but recently had some issues due to a change in management.

Good team. Initially I was very impressed with the company. A change in management seemed to change the tone at the entire company.

Cons

Poor managers. Some policies are not very permissive or conducive to being productive. A new manager changed a number of policies

Recruited and nicely compensated a team in a new area for DrFirst, but was never well thought out nor was an opportunity to meaningfully speak with leadership to work through challenges before most were simply let go.
