Fast pace environment which helps the day FLY BY! Very loyal employees who have a wealth of knowledge which help in your professional development.

Cons

POLITICS, POLITICS, POLITICS! Every company has it but when it prevents people from thinking rationally, getting their work done, and improving Medieval ways of thinking; it's a problem!

-Great coworkers at the non-management level -You will learn a lot very quickly, and this will prepare you for the stress of an average job environment because of of how excessively stressful it is here.

Cons

-Management and and Senior Leadership - The technology succeeds in spite of -them not because of them. -Work/Life balance
