There have been a lot of positive changes over the last few months which has been the result of restructuring, bringing new people in and a focus on alignment across teams. The company is invested in growing employees through the organization, and has doubled down on improving culture, the employee experience and holding people accountable. Working remotely creates a good work/life balance and face time with team-members in the office a few times a year helps to keep the personal connections. There have also been lot of efforts around employee appreciation and clarifying goals.
