CEO seems like a good guy. Some of the other SVPs are good people.

Cons

They make new hires come here and leave reviews as part of the on-boarding. Petty feuds between departments. Pretty clear despite the lip service, they do not actually care about their people being successful. They have a hair trigger for terminations, and don't follow their own policies laid out in their handbook.
