      Great tech but the company has a long way to go with how they treat their people

      Pros

      The tech their building is amazing and will make a difference in the industry if the right people are managing the company.

      Cons

      The upper management, a whole lot of bureaucracy and some departments are being run by people who have no business running them - but still happens because they’re related to people in the company

      Company Gifts (Hats, Tumblers, T-Shirts, Cakes, etc.)

      Cons

      Where do I start... Company does not like to promote from within. Management rather hire new people and pay them double what you're getting paid, They put sales before the well being of their staff, They encourage favoritism and nepotism. Company could be better if they surveyed their employees, but instead the turnover rate increases and their product/ culture quality continues to decrease. Not worth it.
