Pros

Many things make DrFirst a great place to work, but the thing that has impressed me the most is the enthusiasm and dedication of the entire team to help it make it easier for everyone in healthcare to serve the patient. It make the everything we do meaningful, especially during the pandemic. It starts with our CEO and President and radiates through the entire team.

Cons

Sometimes it is hard to balance work and life, but that is because I want to work. My direct manager is always trying to ensure that we spend time outside of work to enjoy life.

Pros

The company operates with The Effective Executive outlook; everyone is a knowledge worker and anyone at any level can express their ideas and/or concerns openly. We are a diverse group with individuals from different backgrounds and experiences. We ask that each individual share their ideas, speak up, and have open conversations with peers and leadership. We are driving Healthcare IT and seek everyone at every level to have passion, commitment, and ownership. We pursue excellence, which means we haven't obtained it yet and seek everyone to push toward a world class environment.

Cons

Not everyone at every level subscribes to our open door policy. We have individuals who are suspicious of our management teams and instead of working toward common goals they are purposely destructive.
