Pros

The executives have figured out the right balance between leadership involvement without micromanaging employees. Employees are treated as intelligent, professional human beings and allowed to make decisions. The executive team has always been available to answer questions and provide clarification as needed. This is the first place I have ever worked that the rules are designed to help you succeed and grow both personally and professionally. I could not be happier with this career move.

Cons

The only "negative" thing I have to say is, if you are not flexible and comfortable with growth and change, this is not the place for you. The executives and managers push for growth and change with a goal of improving employees.

- they truly listen and take action on feedback - free pb&j, fruit, bagels, & fun events - opportunities to try new things - the people are great to work with - fun atmosphere - remote people are included in events where they can be

Cons

- change takes time and people aren’t always willing to wait it out. - management is not consistent and it shows in various departments

DrFirst encourages friendly office culture such as Wednesday Fruit day, Bring-Kids-To-Work day, Art evening, etc, and highly collaborative work environment.

Cons

Too much office politics in management that eventually affect the efficiency of daily tasks.
