Well…that’s life as a member of the DrFirst Akario Backline [Backline] secure healthcare communications team. We’re a small diverse group with low turnover that works very well together. We run on a tight release schedule but our work/life balance is very good. The Backline development road map will offer you opportunities to be involved with exciting new clinical system integrations and expansion of our core product functionality. As such, we’re looking for motivated, analytical, creative, forward thinking, team- oriented individuals to join our Backline group. If working on a ‘well oiled’ team, to develop solutions for improving clinical workflows and patient outcomes is a challenge you think you would value and enjoy, please ask about open Backline opportunities.

      Resource constraints: The Backline team is small but strong and needs additional development talent to build the integrations and feature functionality we we know will make Backline one of the best secure communication solutions in the industry.

      Doctor First Great Place To Work - at least so far

      Pros

      They have been very understanding when needing time off. Offer free fruit a few days a week and a variety of other food a few times a month. Always free coffee, tea, bread, jelly and peanut butter. I think it is an awesome place to work with great potential.. The company is in a great place in the Heath Care market.place

      Cons

      Small company so you are expected to do your part. If you re there it is to perform. Not a place for a free ride.

      Nice People Not Micromanaged Good Product to sell Great CRM Tons of training It's a positive position as you are the liaison to their executive sales rep and the Lead. Teamwork was fun and they let you be creative if you run it by the manager

      Cons

      Dress code was Professional, needs to be either casual or bus casual Too many meetings They expect a 9 hour work day Never got bonuses Not a lot of upward mobility
