Pros

The company has really fostered a feeling of community and collaboration. I have had the best interactions possible since day 1. Everyone was so welcoming to the point that I wondered when the real work environment would show up - but this is it, everyone is great. They care about and value their team and it echoes at all levels. The recruiting and HR team made the entire onboarding process a breeze.

Cons

Not really any that come to mind yet. If I had to think of anything I would say people do seem to put in extra hours - but I think I can confidently say that's by choice, as I haven't seen or heard of any pressure to work late. But if there is a chance to reduce people's workload then it may be worth looking more into.

- You work with a lot of smart people who can help you grow - Remote company - Leaning into AI with the AI first initiative - Meaningful work - the company is mission driven and the work you do really makes a difference.

Cons

I can't think of any cons right now. I have enjoyed my time so much. While not expected of me, I enjoy it so much that I could easily spend 12 hours a day working.

* Very connectable Team * Onboarding is pretty smooth * Ability to use both Clinical (pharmacist) and technical (masters in applied clinical informatics) expertise to improve on a product that is there to facility patient care is amazing

Cons

* New currently haven't had any issues (Timeframe: month and a half) will update at 6 months, 1 year, 2 years.
