Great co-workers, decent managers. Work is interesting. Good office. Not a bad place to work. General attitude is positive. Need 20 more words.

Cons

HR is politics. C-Suite doesn't involve themselves with the rest of the people. I don't think I ever even shook hands with anyone higher up than my direct manager.

As an employee you have a path to provide feedback to HR if you choose to do so. HR has an open door policy and would welcome the input. It's been hard to connect with people during the last 17 months of remote work due to COVID19, but I encourage you to reach out to any, or all, of the senior leaders with whom you'd like to meet. They will be happy to set up a meet and greet to get to know you.
