      Okay place to work - mostly great coworkers, poor management

      Average - decent pay for entry level work They put care into hiring good people, and are usually successful Remote work opportunity

      Cons

      Micromanagement in the tier 1 tech support role Nonstop calls, frequently understaffed Proprietary systems don't leave you with a lot of specific transferrable skills Significant nepotism in upper management, poor middle-upper management Bugs that go neglected and unresolved for several years Failure to identify sensible long-term goals and communicate them with the team. I could answer obscure technical questions far more easily than questions regarding the intent behind upper management's baffling backpedaling on basic subscription prices.
