Great co-workers, decent managers. Work is interesting. Good office. Not a bad place to work. General attitude is positive. Need 20 more words.

Cons

HR is politics. C-Suite doesn't involve themselves with the rest of the people. I don't think I ever even shook hands with anyone higher up than my direct manager.

As an employee you have a path to provide feedback to HR if you choose to do so. HR has an open door policy and would welcome the input. Pros

People are great and helpful, always willing to help one another. You work with healthcare providers and they do make you feel like you're helping others.

Cons

Some days can feel overwhelming and repetitive. No sense of upwards mobility in the company.

Pros

DrFirst is a constantly growing and changing healthcare IT company. What I am most excited about this company's support of it's employees to grow with the company, to support new ideas and embrace change. DrFirst has a great culture and has become a second family to me! I work with some of the most brilliant people I have ever met, and have so many opportunities to grow within the company!

Cons

As the company has grown so quickly, it has been difficult to keep up with the "growing pains". It's a constant challenge, but I'm up for it!
