Pros

Easy to move up and around within the company structure. All employees are afforded opportunities, so long as effort is put forward. Hard work is never overlooked, and over-achievers are praised. Great company for showing off your dedication. I can't say enough about the opportunity here at DrFirst.

Cons

Paid time off is somewhat limited when compared to other companies. Work schedule is somewhat rigid, but work from home days can be approved if requested.
