Understaffed Underpaid Lack of career growth Management doesn't really listen to employee feedback.

Last place on earth to work

Pros

Employees are helpful. CEO is working hard to change the image of the company. Previous management structure was better and was working for the people.

Cons

other than pros mentioned nothing is good about this place. 1) No growth opportunities. 2) Manager,director & VP DON'T trust their teams. 3) No respect for personal time. 4) Most of the employees who are still there are on H1B (poor guys). They are kind of stuck. 5) Earth's most negative place,.. talk to anyone all has same feeling as mine.

Pros

Department has had many changes - mostly good. Expectations are high but that is to encourage the team to be better every day. And considering the product is healthcare software, the expectations should be high! My experience has been primarily positive and I look forward to the future.

Cons

Clear communication can be a struggle at times but persistence pays off. Some staff have an entitlement mentality and don't take accountability for their own growth. Some like to complain it could be better but don't work hard to do it. But some new staff helps to balance that out and are ready to do great things.
