• Respect & transparency are reality at this company at all levels from the CEO to the administrative support. • It is the type of environment and corporate culture where 'you get out of it what you put into it.' • Once you are hired at this company, you are given tremendous opportunity for growth as an individual and as an integral member of a fantastic team of people. • DrFirst is innovative both from the product and employer perspectives. • The company improves the benefits for employees each year by sending out survey monkey questionnaires and implementing what the employees want. • The SaaS products are practical-powerful-innovative and focused on better outcomes for patients throughout the healthcare system, rewarding to be working for this goal. • Bright, self-motivated, and results oriented talent with a strong executive leadership team that cares about their people along with the overall mission and success of the business.

Cons

• The pressure and environment can be intense. You must be able to navigate a very fast paced environment with frequent changes in processes while creating strong internal relationships to be successful here– this is only a con if you are not able to do this. • The PTO could be increased

Pros

There are none other than some employees are good to work with.

Cons

Leadership is either oblivious to how poor the employee satisfaction is or most likely doesn't care. The products are inferior and most are late to the market. Prospects and customers are often mislead about capabilities.

DrFirst encourages friendly office culture such as Wednesday Fruit day, Bring-Kids-To-Work day, Art evening, etc, and highly collaborative work environment.

Cons

Too much office politics in management that eventually affect the efficiency of daily tasks.
