      DrFirst has many amenities for our employees, both in working environment as well as in professional development.       If you have family problems you can spend all time at work .

      Cons

      Not developer friendly. 10-15 Developers carry all the company load. after work hours are also taken for granted.

      We have made some very big changes to the development department since Sept 2012. We have reorganized the teams, created more structure around responsibilities and divided up the work. We welcome any new development team prospects to inquire during their interview regarding these changes so we can expound on it in greater detail.

      At DrFirst we do look for ways to demonstrate our appreciation for the hard work and effort of our employees. We invest in our leadership team each quarter to help them grow, and weekly with management mentorship. We do realize that DrFirst is not the right fit for everyone, which is why we have begun putting a much greater focus on identifying whether potential candidates are not only highly qualified, but also a good cultural fit.
