      Pros

      It's a job. Some people got paid up to $16 per hour, while others were paid $12 an hour - all at the whim of the hiring manager...

      Cons

      You will be lied to and told that if you do well within this role, there is room for growth. There isn't. They simply want a button pusher who will sit there and follow directions that continue to change from week to week.

      If you're ready to work for 55 to 60 hrs a week. You have a great career in this company

      I worked in this company as a software engineer horrible place to work. Every old timer in this company thinks that they are great technology people. They talk about cutting edge technology, and all nice jargons related to technology which is all fabricated by the HR. The technology which they work is nothing extraordinary or cutting edge, It is very basic, which they call as world class If you come at 9.00 AM and leave at 6.00PM then you will be frowned upon. They won't listen to any of your advice. Be ready to work from 9.00AM till 7.30PM and on the weekend.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for growth here. It is a culture that expects you to work hard and to commit to your project/task/job. If you buckle down, focus, and show improvement then working here is a breeze.

      Cons

      There is a lot of relying on other teams to get things done-if you rally everyone and consistently check-in this can become a very small con.
