very few noteworthy pros about this company. My people leave

Cons

poor management from CTO. No process. Numerous errors in every release. CTO does not listen to different opinions and retaliates against anyone who disagrees with him.

Pros

There are no pros really.

Cons

1) Nepotism is rules the roost. 2) Incompetent and incapable people at executive and management levels across the board because of the first bullet point. 3) Deceitful and dishonest HR department. 4) New CTO Zilong Tang is the most incompetent CTO ever however he feels that he's the smartest person to have walked on planet earth. Developers can't ask questions to him about his designs or vision. 5) CEO, James Chen surrounds himself with sycophants who just say yes to whatever he says however improbable it is. All these sycophants do is make a fool out of him and never tell him what is really going on in technology department.
