      Pros

      I dont see any pros in this company . If you want to spoil your life join this company.

      I have never seen a company of this type .Few days back they asked the employees to give positive reviews in glassdoor and send the screen shot of that and whoever gives the positive reviews will get 20$ each . Now Imagine yourself what kind of comapny is this .

      In an effort to update Glassdoor with more recent reviews from current employee and encourage feedback, DrFirst did ask employees to post their testimonials, perspective and story on Glassdoor. We did not influence the direction of the reviews, nor require positive reviews be posted, negative reviews with productive input is also valued. To express appreciation for the time and thought required to post a review, we did offer a pullover jacket or $20 to thank employees for the time invested on our behalf. We take the feedback in the “Cons” and “Advice to Management” sections very seriously, and encourage all employees who are unhappy to speak our HR or management team so we can understand the issues and take action to rectify the situation.

      If you have family problems you can spend all time at work .

      Cons

      Not developer friendly. 10-15 Developers carry all the company load. after work hours are also taken for granted.

      We have made some very big changes to the development department since Sept 2012. We have reorganized the teams, created more structure around responsibilities and divided up the work. We welcome any new development team prospects to inquire during their interview regarding these changes so we can expound on it in greater detail.

      Horrible place to work - stay away or lose your soul

      - Appears to be an innovator in the industry - Lots of work to do - Willing to try new things

      Cons

      - Not organized at all, despite lots of rhetoric about improvement - Staff is unempowered, all decision making is centralized and opaque. - No dfeedback given, no mentorship available - good staff is not valued here - only cowboys - very dissatisfied customer based is subjected to avoidable outages due to carelessness and rushed nature of all development - Too many changes in strategy, constant shifting of priorities - The org loves a scapegoat, and it is usually the developers - CEO has favorites and is blind to actual contribution made by his own staff - NO CAREER TRACK, advancement and compensation is up to the CEO and done from his opinion - no documentation or expectations are set otherwise so there is nothing to follow. - They claim to value work/life balance but in reality atheir "cowboy" mentality results in impossible work/life issues. You will always lose.
