      Excellent engineering company to work for

      Pros

      Exciting & challenging technical work, class of people and management is excellent, get to work on programs of national importance, truly an applied science outfit

      Cons

      As with most all engineering companies the work hours can be long but rewarding. Distance & communication with satellite offices a challenge sometimes.

      Pros

      State-of-the-art technology available to work with and very competent staff. Get to meet everybody from regular staff up to the president.

      Cons

      Commute, but Draper goes above and beyond to compensate for this.
