Pros

Benefits benefits benefits Can be low pressure environment depending on your manager and work New atrium is cool place to work, good for internal networking and customer visits

Cons

Because pay is fair and benefits are excellent, most staff feel trapped in a place they don't enjoy, and don't have the energy to search for another job. Cons for me were mostly program based, and your experience is likely based on which projects you are on. Most staff work around the systems in place for most processes: promoting, delegating work, hiring, to name a few. My program had an attitude of finding work to do because we had money coming in rather than because we had specific project needs. There was a large pressure on the staff member to find work rather than work being assigned or delegated.

Pros

Interesting and meaningful work being done by many very smart people! good benefits

Cons

Infrastructure is a mess, poor management, lack of policies, internal politics are stifling... compensation isn't competitive with market.
