      • Get to work on some of the most cutting edge technologies • Ability to work multiple programs simultaneously • Great culture and friendly work environment • Program managers and leaders don't micro manage • Great benefits • Matrix organization

      • Slow promotions / stuck once in SMTS • Small annual increases vs. Competitor • Can get pigeonholed in an area of expertise • Did not recognize or handle inflation, lost many great engineers to competitors
