Pros

Exciting projects and very knowledgeable/helpful people Easy to get in contact with group leads Good work-life balance Good pay for a new grad Located near red line right across MIT

Cons

Upper management seems to disregard complaints. You can see really clearly from the rest of the reviews posted. A lot of the higher up positions with more responsibility have been frustrated with their treatment. This didn't really affect me as an MTS1, however. I was more bothered by the lack of free food and regulations regarding downloading software although these are par for the course when dealing with a government contractor.

Pros

Innovative space, challenging projects that are exciting and fun

Cons

Management is the worst. Upper levels are caught in a self-aggrandizing and favoritism leading to lower morale in the groups and rest of the teams. No appreciation for going out of the way to perform beyond expectations. Bad vision and direction, both managerial and technical.
