Pros
The diversity in the projects and applications is really great. There are a lot of very smart people that you get to interact with to come up with innovative solutions to challenging problems. The work life balance is also quite good and Draper is open to flexible work arrangements.
Cons
There can be tight deadlines sometimes. As a smaller company that works on projects that are usually taken on by larger defense contractors, there is at times a lack of infrastructure and processes to properly execute your work.
