      Pros

      Very laid back and people are easy to get along with.

      Cons

      HR department is a joke. Pay is not great and there is a huge lack of training. Superiors will talk you up and make promises but have no intention of following through.

      Pros

      Dropoff is a fun, fast-paced environment. Its challenging (in a good way) and a place where everyone on the team has a voice and can drive improvements. The company has an outstanding culture of respect and collaboration that transcends everything we do and enables our high service levels with customers and our driver fleets. The Company is positioned well in a rapidly growing industry that is having a positive impact on a number of business segments. Dropoff has a strong management team, progressive policies and procedures, and great benefits.

      Cons

      The rapidly changing environment is not for everyone. The company is still a startup so still has its growing pains.
