Pros

As it pertains to this company asking for pros is a trick question.

Cons

If you ever wanted to work for a company that has no direction, you found them.

Pros

None, they "blow smoke" up your tailpipe until you catch on, then the passive aggressive kicks in.

Cons

They pretend to be "new & different", same ole gig economy end results. You have to beg to be compensated a bit extra when your milage is extra stupid. Should be done automatically, shame. No compensation for toll charges as well, let alone the ridiculous amounts of milage you are EXPECTED to do or else the passive aggressive dispatcher will try and guilt you into working for next to nothing. Unless you drive a Piraeus you're going to take a hit, Calculate you actual expenses vigilantly.

Pros

Offers "unlimited" paid time off, decent benefits

Cons

Their "unlimited" PTO isn't all its cracked up to be, they tell you they don't want to micromanage then turn around and do exactly that. Claim to be a small, close knit company but will turn around and let go of workers because they haven't met the numbers they promised to investors. They are so hell bent on expanding quickly that it comes at the expense of employees.

We appreciate your feedback regarding our flexible vacation plan. Our policy is intended to provide team members with the opportunity to balance their personal and professional lives. We know that everyone deserves some time to disconnect, but not to the detriment of the team. Therefore, it is each employee’s responsibility to work with their manager/team to schedule PTO. PTO requests are granted on a first-come, first served basis. However, if at any time, an employee has a question about their time off request, we have an open door policy at Dropoff and encourage employees to seek HR or any senior team member to discuss.
