      Pros

      The freedom of working on your own, no office drama, no one griping at ya, all the variety of people you meet from the pickups to deliveries. Seeing all different parts of the city, even after 16 years of living here, has been very interesting.

      Cons

      The first time you go to some of the bigger places like college campuses or hospitals it can be a little frustrating trying to find the particular place or room you need to go to, but again dispatch has been very helpful & it just gets easier as you learn some of the regular stops. I'm still new but going on my 2nd month & cant really come up with "con"

      My ongoing experience has been absolutely amazing. Dropoff has everything I ever wanted flexibility and trust.

      Pros

      The best part about Dropoff is an Awesome Boss who is supportive and honest. Dropoff is not a regular courier service we have incredible technology to make our job so much easier and amazing.

      Cons

      The challenges in this workplace isn't a con it's more of a learning experience to adjust to do it again much more easier.

      Pros

      Dropoff is a startup that is growing rather quickly so there are plenty of opportunities for growth. The atmosphere within the office is fun and exciting due to the startup nature of the company. We have strong leadership that recognize the value of every member of the team.

      Cons

      We are an operations and logistics company so there is very little down time. Often the lines between work time and home time get blurred. This is also in part to being a startup. Employees are asked to wear many hats.
