Pros

Great Pay and commission structure Plenty of Opportunity to learn and grow

Cons

Handling inbound calls creates an order-taking mentality for a SDR while trying to learn sales for the first time.

Pros

-Coworkers -Communication between teams -Fun team events (pre-covid and virtual attempts post-covid which were fun too) -Work from home -CEO was liberal minded and truly seemed to care about most employees and current social crisis. He implemented safe covid protocols and addressed social matters that are important to us in the progressive and empathetic generation.

Cons

-Direct supervisors can make promises they never follow through on and pick favorites immediately. Constant excuses and avoidance when bringing up growth potential. -Inappropriate comments that went against a lot of what the company values were. This was a socially liberal and inclusive company and a certain supervisor thought making comments about BLM protesters "getting what they deserve" and other subtle and blatant comments that displayed disregard for human rights. -Low pay and raises were continually brushed off despite how hard you worked -Unlimited PTO and regular working hours are limited to salaried employees. If you are hourly, forget it. You don't even get company holidays off. It is 24/7 365 days a year. Sometimes you will work up to 10 days in a row.

Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your experience working at Dropoff. It sounds like you enjoyed and appreciated certain aspects of your time at Dropoff, though felt that we had some areas for improvement. We were particularly disappointed to see your reference to comments made by another employee that you found offensive. We wish you had brought these to our attention when you were employed so that we could have obtained more information regarding the comments and your concerns, and taken appropriate action. We certainly take these types of concerns seriously, and want everyone to feel comfortable while working at Dropoff.
