      I do not have any pros for working for this company

      Absolutely awful place to work. Very unprofessional. You get paid less than minimum wage and tips are put into your paycheck (which was never correct anyway). Everyone is overworked and underpaid with no cash to go home with. Very poor management as well. Don’t expect to work your scheduled shift. Your managers will call you at midnight to ask you to come in at 7am to work a double and keep you there significantly later than your scheduled time. Example: I was told to work a shift from 2pm to 7pm and I actually worked 7am to 8pm. Ive never seen a company take advantage of their employees such as this one. Do NOT work here

      They hire anybody so if your desperate it's good

      They pay $9 to wash, Blowdry, and scrub the toilets..among other things.

      Management forced to work without breaks Minimum wage hourly? What was the point going to Cosmetology school? After two years working there got raise only once and it's only cause minimum wage went up. Tips often stolen or have been given after two weeks? Tough on you wrist specially if you a lady. Not a good medical insurance.
