      Pros

      Great co-workers and clients. These are really the only pros to this job.

      Cons

      They only pay $8.50 an hr. They are consistently cutting shifts and make stylist go on "mandatory lunch break" as early as 9AM. even when they're only there part time.There reasoning for this is to keep labor down, other times they state it's the Law.. They are cheap and it's nothing but a glorified sweat shop. They've forgotten who does the real work and have over saturated their own business. GREEDY

      Pros

      -they give free products -fun events -free food/snacks/ coffee/ water weekly in break room -Lots of parking at corporate office -50% drybar products -Free blowouts sunday-thursday

      Cons

      CMO is a nightmare everyone in the marketing team has left, upper management does NOT listen. SEVERAL employees have reached out to HR and it has been a year with no action. She encourages no work life balance, is not open to any new ideas. I assume any other department would have been good

      Free blowouts & 50% off product

      Cons

      Long shifts, no breaks, 2 hour drive time unpaid mileage, require you to sign break waiver and work doubles, very discriminatory upper management, do not provide proper accommodations in accordance to ADA law, training felt more like hazing
