Pros

Fun and fast paced work environment. Met a lot of great people working there. Perfect if you are looking for something part time to supplement your other income. You can also promote your personal color and cut business since there is no conflict of interest, gives you an opportunity to get more clients.

Cons

Difficult to get coverage when sick, difficult to get days off. Not a whole lot of opportunity for upward growth in the company.
