Pros

Easy to get shift covered or take days off Employee discount Easy Dress code

Cons

-Ghetto, rude co-workers that lack respect. -When the shop is busy, they will work you to the bone with no break to even take a sip of water. But when it is slow, they will not hesitate to cut your shifts, send you home, or take an unpaid lunch breaks. -No paid time off -After a busy and exhausting shift, you are forced to clean the whole shop before you can go home. “You must do your chores before you can get your tips” feels like you are a child working at a sweat shop. -If tips aren’t in cash, they are taxed. We are very underpaid as it is.

Pros

Place has a nice happy friendly feel. Great job for a stylist just starting out or to build clientele.

Cons

Pay could be more for the amount of work and benefits could definitely be better. No room for growth unless you get into management.
